Delete your account
To delete your ALLO DELIVERY account and all data linked to it, send us a request from the phone number or email registered on the account so we can confirm it is yours.

- Account data: name, email, phone number and password.
- Saved addresses and devices linked to the account.
- Any other personal data about you.
What we may keep
Some financial and delivery records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it, and are not used for anything else.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 7 days of verifying the request, and we confirm when it is done.
